Worcester County is accepting bids for a Spray Foam Application at Public Works Maintenance Building located at 6113 Timmons Road, Snow Hill, MD 21863.
Vendors are responsible for checking this website for addenda prior to submitting their bids. Worcester County is not responsible for the content of any Bid Document received through any third party bid service. It is the sole responsibility of the vendor to ensure the completeness and accuracy of their Completed Bid Documents.
A pre-bid meeting will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, October 7, 2026, at 6113 Timmons Road,
Snow Hill, MD 21863. Attendance is not mandatory.
The last date/time to submit questions for clarification will be noon on Friday, October 16, 2026.
Sealed Bid Documents are due no later than Monday, October 26, 2026, at 2 p.m. and will be opened and read aloud in the Office of the County Commissioners, Worcester County Government Center – Room 1103, One West Market Street, Snow Hill, Maryland 21863.
After opening, bids will be forwarded to the Department of Public Works for tabulation, review and recommendation to the County Commissioners for their consideration at a future meeting. In awarding the bid, the Commissioners reserve the right to reject any and all bids, waive formalities, informalities and technicalities therein, and to take whatever bid they determine to be in the best interest of the County considering lowest or best bid, quality of goods and work, time of delivery or completion, responsibility of bidders being considered, previous experience of bidders with County contracts, or any other factors they deem appropriate. Late Bid Documents cannot be accepted.
Envelopes shall be marked “Spray Foam - Maintenance” in the lower left-hand corner.
Minority vendors are encouraged to compete for award of this project.
